It was my misfortune that I bought a Sofa Bed from FurnitureMartIndia. The problems started with delivery. It was almost impossible to get across to them since they rarely respond to an email and do not pick up the only phone they have. If you do get through somehow, you get promises which are patently lies. Finally the product landed after a delay of weeks. It was a horror story and nothing like what was shown in the photo on the net . Frankly it looked like something picked up from a junk yard.
Worse still they did not even complete the supply; one stool for which I was charged extra was not sent at all. All requests for a refund towards the missing item has so far got a stony silence.
