I would not like to repeat same old story of all CV victims. Call, lucky draw, gifts, presentation, false promises, brainwash and cheating.

Please guide me for the right procedure to take the refund. NOTE THAT I AM WITHIN THE COOL-OFF PERIOD (As per AIRDA Norms). I have just taken the membership yesterday.

I checked with the manager involved in convincing me, talked in Hyderabad office, customer care etc. Got all different answers from every one.
Customer care – Please talk to your manager Manager (Mr Sameer) – Membership can’t be cancelled and money can’t be refunded. Please talk to the main branch of Ahmedabad.
Main branch – No reply
Hyd branch person 1 – Membership can’t be cancelled and money can’t be refunded. On questioning about cool-off period, we don’t have any tie-up with AIRDA.
Hyd branch person 2 – Membership can’t be cancelled and money can’t be refunded. On questioning about cool-off period, I can’t comment on anything.
– so I asked so that is non-compliance with AIRDA and he – shamelessly – confirmed it yes.

I enquired about stopping the CC Payment to ICICI Bank customer care but they said it is already settled, they suggested to hit mail to CV customer care and then wait for the reply and if there is no reply, the same mail should be forwarded to ICICI bank to raise the dispute.

Please suggest on what all can be done to get the amount back if I am still in the cool-off period.
