Futuristic Gigatech Pvt. Ltd, Located in Jayanagar, Bangalore retained my services to market their services in USA. The company did not have any roadmap planned to commence business, no web site, no staff except another colleague with whom I worked. The company after a few months of services stopped making my payments per their retainer. Company did not have a for cancelation of contract working email system which restricted communication between the client and the company personnel. Inquiries from Customers bounced. I had retainer starting from February 2013 to October 2014 and continuance of the contract until a 30 day notice was provided in writing cancelation. Every week I would get a message that I will get paid upon getting financing from an investor. Finally in February 2015, I sent them a notice that due to their failure to pay me for outstanding dues, I cannot continue to work. The CEO bought motor cycle parts on company expense through me. The organization is very unethical one and would advise individual to be cautious before accepting a job offer. the company has been red marked by US dept of labor and also by the IRS for failure to file taxes, failure to file for EID and TIN.
