My self Jayanta hazarika Guwahati , Assam employ Id -147021, I was associated with Serco from November’12 to July’13. after resignation I had Applied for my PF amount on 12.11.2013 with all necessary information and formalities but I have not yet receive my PF amount, though I have visited Serco BPO Guwahati Branch again again but I have not got any out result even i had so many mail conversation with HR Department but still not found any result.
Please look into the matter

I was working with Serco global PVT LTD (Punjab ) and My PF A/C No: MH/94725/88391,I have submitted my PF claim last 2 month back on dated …………but My PF amount & any information egarding this not received yet however I have checked the same at online portal but there no updates.
Now day I have need of money because of my mother is suffering from some serious disease.

AS I FILLED UP THE PF FORM PASS 3 MONTH BACK TILL NOW THERE IS NO RPLY..WHENEVER I M CALL TO CONCERN PERSON MINU MAM WHO IS SITTING ON NESCO OFFICE SERCO ALWAYS SAYING SOME OTHER REASON AND DELAYING THE WORK TILL NOW NO RPLY ABOUT MY PF..SO PLZ REVERT THE SAME asap till when it will be get completed..i left the serco on 11th of nov 2014 from then onwards my PF had not processed till now whats going on need a update..

If possible please provide me the Helpline no……. Remaining of the details will be asked by them only over the phone.
