Era land mark/now ADEL landmark they in year start booking for Registration of flats in Sector -86 Year 2011@2518/- the same Registraion holder sold their regisration@3100/-per sq ft and the needed person made payment of these flates Booking Amount+Premium approximate 14lacs to 20lacs, now they are demanding allotment past 2 years.Era land mark looted these persons double self and through Brokers
My son is in need of flat/house for his personal use he made payment original amount of booking flat8.50lacs+7.50lacs premium to Sh Rajinder Kumar Gupta #386 sector-14 Gurgaon and get the Registration in his favour from Era landmark(Vishwas Bhukal Registration no GGN/86/133 dated 18/07/2011,Three years lapsed Era land mark not giving any responce.The dream of house cannot be completed in my life and my all savings that arranged from relative on interst i have to face. Now the flat reates is approximate 4500/-to 5000/- per sq feet ie not possible me to arrange.To get jusice in court is not possible for me.I can not fight with Rich persons in this country.
