I was planning to buy an office in their new project on expressway but after reading this case, i have already changed my mind.
How the hell these builders think that they can treat their client like this. Client has to be treated well if the business has to grow.
Enjoy loosing many more client because of your wrong attitude and treatment to the customers.
I bought 100 sq.ft. virtual space in intellicity airwil project on 29th july 2013, from a broker name JKM SALES PERSON AYAZ. I paid full amount till 2 august 2013,at that time they gave me receiving only,they said document will be ready in next few days ,I was waiting & waiting ,.calling & calling that when can i get my documents ,after a long wait one day i went to airwil office & said i want my paper they said senior is on holiday& something something,after that on may 2014 they gave me mou.which is just a agreement said this is the paper we give after sometime i said i want to sell my property they said we don’t re-sell,I bought product from them if i want to sell where will i go i m not understanding so,guys this company customer service is very bad never invest ur money here u will just stuck ur money .if i cancell my booking then i will get 10% or 15% less amount than what i paid.
