But the way Amazon is responding is SAD. They failed to assure me if product is going to be delivered or they will refund my money. All they know how to talk business language with multiple IFs and BUTs 🙁 Never trust Amazon or ties seller”

“Seller never shipped the item and suddenly cancelled the order. When contacted the Amazon customer support, the reason for cancellation was “product has some known defects”. Never knew Seagate Expansion external Hard drives have “known problem”. Even if it has problems then why post it on site and then cancel the order after 1 week.
