I am VELANGANY YESUDASS from Bangalore, I have been cheated by Naukriworlds Business Pvt Ltd company, I met with an accident 7 months back and was jobless, I received a call from Mr. Pradeep Shukla (executive) on 28-03-2014 he told that I have to pay only Rs. 2,200/- as a premium membership fee, and after I get the job I need to pay Rs. 2,800, they told they will be providing a job in L&T Finance as Team Leader with a package of 6.5 Lacs / Annum, and if they don’t provide a job in 15 days from the date of my payment, they will refund the amount back, by trusting them I had transferred Rs. 2,200/- on 04-03-2014 by NEFT transfer, later I got call from Mr. Abhimanyu (Senior Executive) he told me to pay Rs. 3,000/- immeditely, to complete my profile verification, I told him that this was not communicated by Pradeep shukla, but he forced me to pay the amount, I made the payment of Rs. 3,000/- through NEFT transfer on 04-03-2014. On 05-03-2014 again I was told that I need to pay Rs.5,800/-, then again I told that it was not informed Me in the previous conversation, but again I was forced to pay Rs.5800/- towards social media service, I deposited Rs. 5,800/- by cash in HDFC bank, and on 06-03-2014 Mr. Arjun Kumar called me and told that I had to make a payment of Rs.6,250/- towards security deposit as per company (L&T) requirement, but again I told that this was not communicated in the previous conversation, but he told that this will be the full and final amount which I need to pay, and if again I get any call regarding the payment I need not to make any payment if someone forces me, I can call him in this regards, by believing his words I again transferred Rs.6,250/- by NEFT transfer on 07-03-2014. I again got a call from Mr. Abhimanyu saying he is Sr. Manager for Admin, and I need to pay Rs.10,000/- as security deposit, I disputed on this and told that I want to speak to Mr. Arjun kumar, but he told that he had not come to office today. I told him, I faced lot of trouble in arranging these amount which I had paid earlier, also your executives were keep on calling and torturing me to make the payment at the earliest. Now I am not in a situation to make further payments, as I have not given any proof for job assurance till now, Please refund all the amount which I have paid earlier (Rs.2,200 + 3,0000 + 5,800 + 6,250 = Total amount Rs. 17,250/-), but he told my amount will not be refunded, also he told that I can take any action against their company they are least bothered, again 10 days back one person Mr.Balwanth called and told that my profile is incomplete I need to pay Rs.4,800 /- more in order to process my job. Kindly help me in this regard, I will be very much thankful to you Thanking You
