Order no.14339163 related to Micromax canvas knight mobile booked on 28.05.2014 for an amount of Rs.21,380/- paid online.
Consignment dispatched on 29.05.2014 as per Shopclues Communication , tracking number 69096861223 (bluedart courier service.)
On tracking the above consignment online on bluedart website the same is showing as “number not found” as tracking number is wrong.( On enquiry with Bluedart)
On enquiry with Shopclues customer support team for the last 14 days since 29/05/2014 , and numerous communication through mails and call to the customer support, i am still unable to get any conclusive reply as to what is the status of the consignment /where the product is.
The customer support service provided is utterly disgusting considering the fact that they are unable to trace a high value product in the last 14 days.
As a result i have raised an order cancellation with Shopclues on 10th June,2014 but they are neither cancelling order and arranging refund nor they are providing any conclusive status of the product.
i am not hoping to get the product any soon, so i am incurring interest loss on the amount paid of Rs.21,380 for no fault of my own and due to disgusting service on part of Shopclues.
