Dear All, Me n few of my friends hav d same bad experience with a builder named Suparas Homz and Paras City Homes Pvt. Ltd. we hav booked a plot in one of their project almost 6-8 months back. The dealer and d builder committed us to show the original sale deed papers in their name after booking. But they hav not shown us the paper of the land till last month.Then I came to know through ETV Rajasthan News and News 18 news channels that the builder actually dont hav any land in its name.They r just renting out d land from farmers and put their Project Board on dat land n shown us as project site.     Hi All,
    The builder is a cheater and should get imprisonment before they cheat anyone else. We bought a land from them in 2014 in Bhiwadi but after paying instalments for an year we came to know that they are not getting proper approval from the govt to allot the plots. After hearing this we planned to cancel our plot to which they handed over the cheque for the amount but the cheque got bounced to which they handed over another cheque which still remains with us which cannot be presented due to low account balance.
    Whenever we check with the builder they always stall it by saying that market is down and we are trying hard to get your money. We have also filed a case on them against negotiable instruments act to which again he is not afraid and say do whatever you want to do. They also didn’t turn up on their first hearing.
    I can only beware you all not to invest with this company ‘Suparaz homz”. They are a big fraud and are a big chunk of fools and monkeys which we didn’t know while doing an investment with them. If you have any investments with them please ask for the refund soon and cancel your plots/residential houses soon as your hard earned money will never come back forget about the plot or anything…

        Is it that your cheque got bounced with them after cancelling the plot or you’re waiting for the allotment?.. If you’re waiting for the allotment I’d request you to please cancel it and take your money back
        Because I cancelled this last year and after suing them they have made my payment but still 5% is remaining..

    I am facing same problem with them, every time they are extending delivery for next Six month.
    now they are promissing that the delivery will be in Dec-2015.
    but I don’t believe them.
    in provisional contract they mentioned that “if they could’t not deliver the plot within 24 Month they will return Money with 12% Interest ”
    but they are counting it from date of provisional contract.

    Hi we are also suffering the same pain.Invested money with Suparas Homz for d investment purpose But now they are not returning our money .interest toh bhool jaao.they are saying we don’t have liquidity so invest in any other project.Above All it is the only money we earned in 14 years without any support frm family.So PLZ.whenever you are taking any steps against Him.Plz.     I Usha Rani facing the same problem . he gave cheque which was presented in February 2015 for Rs 6,63,211.00 but was bounced. I have filed suit under section 138 but he has not appeared in court so far.. Please help me

      Dear all,
      I also booked one plot under buyback scheme in Suparas Aero Estate project. they promised to give 20% return after one year. they provided me one cheque after a year but it bounced back. Please let me know if any one had success in getting their money back. My no. is 9871871947 (Delhi).

    Sec-39B paras city home project is no more now, you will never get your plot.
    also get back money from this builder is not so easy. i am trying to get back my money back since last 1.5 year.
    now no option i have go take legal action against this company and builder Shyam Sharma.
    it will be more powerful if we can submit our complaint in a group.

    THEY HAVE ISSUED US THE ALLOTMENT LETTER OF PLOTS IN, TAPUKARA, BHIWARI AND GIVEN US THE ASSURANCE TO GET IT RERGISTERED BUT SINCE 2013 WE ARE SENDING REMINDERS AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. THEY HAVE CHANGED THE COMPANY’S NAME AND ADDRESS BUT NOT INFORMED US ABOUT IT

    I have booked a plot in Paras City Tapukara and even was allotted plot no etc. I have written so many letters and mails but there is no response. Now I came to know that this a fraud company having no allotment of land but sold most of them after taking most of the amount.     I also booked a plot and paid Rs.10.47 Lakhs ( Rs.2.20 Lakhs recently two months back ) .Now the party is not responding at all . What to do except to file a case against the party .

    It is required urgently to form group and file case for liquidation and also criminal .The party is shroud and need to be handled strictly . The amount of advance and interest casts heavily to Investors .
