I have booked Honda city Diesel car on Jan 2014 by paying 51 thousand rs. In April, sales executive called me and told me that car is in transit and will reach by month end. Again they informed that car reached in May first week.
Then I applied for loan from SBI bank for 9 laks, loan got approved and on 16th May loan was disbursed to Kapil motors. On 17th May, I went to showroom to pay the remaining balance and to take delivery, Manager came to me and told that , in mistake they alloted petrol car instead of diesel car. And the next diesel car will come in mid next month ,i.e., June 15th.
He told that he will give compensation of 5 thousand rs worth accessories (accessories they sold for worth of 5,000.00, again they will get margin benefits of 20 to 30% on them) with the car.
I denied with his statement, because, by 5th of June I need to pay 15,400.00 rs as EMI and an amount of 8000 rs as interest included in EMI, without taking the car delivery and my loan and advance amount of 9,51,000.00 rs is with showroom.
Why should I pay this amount with out taking the car delivery. If they made mistake, they should pay all these as a compensation towards there mistake.
Can anyone help me out in this regards, how should I insist them to give my car delivery in a couple of days or they need to pay cash compensation towards this mistake.
