Two fixed deposits of Rs. 5 lakhs have matured in Feb. Company has been promising to release the repayment with interest upto actual date of repayment. However, these have been empty promises. Company has received RS. 2000 crores but instead of repaying they have now gone quiet. Not responding to phone calls. The Saxenas seem to want to run away with the Rs. 2000 crores.

Elder pharma ltd FD No.N78710 for Rs.40000 . The FD was sent for closure on 10/3/14 . This amount is required urgently for my cataract eye operation . Several mails have been sent and several phone calls have been made but there is no response. Mr.Sanjeev of FD department had told that FD amount of Rs.40000 will be paid along with upto date interest during first week of may2014. There is no response from the company. We request the company to send the FD amount immediately.

Hope their problems are temporary and genuine.Investigate.

All of us should come together and file one consolidated complaint / suit against Elder Pharma.before the competent authority like Company law board , ROC and /or Magistrate (for dishonur of cheques). The present share market price of Elder is about Rs.144/- and they are not able to pay the fixed depositors. The share price should have been below par. There is no logic. Only to fool the public. What are the so called regulating authorities doing. Why they are not taking Suo Motto action.

Dear Investors- Can we file a police complaint in Mumbai where the Company is located? My colleauge went to their Andheri office and was not allowed inside. After a big fight he was allowed and no proper response was given. Subsequently it was understood that they have another office in Colaba and Saxena, Vijendra Jain sits there. My colleauge made Vijendra Jain to talk to me and he arrogantly said the Company does not have monesy and the FD’s can be repaid once they get some money.
