I have purchased two products from Deja-Vu Trends (Online shopping of India) namely Kaspersky Internet Security one user of cost Rs. 473/- and Sea-gate Back-up Plus slim external hard disk of Rs. 4, 097/- using credit card vide their order No. 100013262 dtd 26/02/2014 and order No. 100013840 dtd 28/02/2014 respectively. Approx two months passed for the order but, they are neither shipping my product nor replying my email/calls after the several attempts. Request apprise Deja-Vu-Trends to deliver my product immediately or refund for the same, please.
