I HAVE JOINED A ON LINE RECHARGE PORTAL http://www.rc24.in (their another name is http://www.raunaktech.com/) for doing MOBILE RECHARGE USING THEIR API. THEIR SALES PERSON SAY THEY START SERVICE IMMEDIATELY AFTER PAYMENT. I MADE A PAYMENT OF RS. 10,000/- AND FOR RECHARGE BALANCE RS. 2000/-. THEY TAKE MORE THAN 8 DAYS FOR START SERVICE AFTER MAKING NUMBER OF CALLS AND THER SERVICE IS STARTED NOT AS PER MY ORDER (NOT API ROUTE) THAN MY AGAIN CALLING START AND THAN THEY AGAIN TAKE 8-10 DAYS FOR ACTUAL START OF MY SERVICE ( I HAVE ALL THEIR CALL RECORDED).NOW AFTER START OF SERIVICE FOR FIRST 1-2 DAYS I HAVE BNO PROBLEM FOR MOBILE RECHARGES, NOW WHEN I ACTUALLY START MY APPLICATION ON MY CLIENT SIDE, PROBLEM START. RECHARGES NOT DONE, STATUS SAY PENDING AND THEN REVERED. I FRIGHTENED, AS THIS PROBLEM OCCURED AT SOFTWARE OPENEING CEREMONEY. WHEN I CALL THEIR SUPPORT (MR. RAHUL) HE SAY STRANGE ANSWER ‘THAT AS THIS IS EVENING TIME AND THERE ARE NUMBER OF RECHARGES HIT AND MAY SOME RECHARGES FAILS’. OK I GIVE HIME ONE MORE DAY, BUT NEXT DAY SAME PROBLEM REPEAT AT MORNING, SUPPORT AGAIN SAY SOME TIME PROBLEMS OCCURED, BUT AGAIN NEXT DAY SAME ISSUE. THAN I DECIDED TO CHANGE COMPANY, LUCKLY I GOT A COMPANY WHICH GIVE ME 100% RESULT.

I WRITE EMAIL TO RC24 FOR REFUNDING MY PAYMENT, BUT THEY WE CAN NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM. AND YOU NOT WRITE EMAIL WHEN PROBLEM OCCURED, I SAY ‘BHISAHAB MAINE APKO BAHUT SARE CALL KIYE HAI AUR APKE SARE CALLS MEREPASS RECORD HAI’. BUT AS HE IS FRAUD HE NOT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY.

    we have tested from our end on 17th april 2014.
