Antony Builders – TREMAIN project in Kuduvanchery, Chennai is a fraud comprises of 150 flats. No Construction happened for last 6 months. As per contract, full amount settled and 1 year overdue after the proper completion date as in Contract. Please do not buy from Antony Builders. Nobody picks the phone in their office, no one available in the site. Mr.Jameel never answers the call for status and think about the owners of Antony Associates.

I also have bought a house in tremain project and facing the same issue. There was no progress in construction for the past 8 months and today when I went and enquired about it they said that one of the local person has applied for a stay order of the construction.
I am planning to file a case over antony projects and can you join?

Even we are facing the same issue. No progress in work and no one is available in the site. Yesterday only we came to know about the stay order. My father is in total stress. We are confused. We need to form a group and proceed further. Please suggest. Am in pune, based on your reply will advise my Father. Thank you.

They are pakka fraud company . let us farm an association and apply legal notice for reimbursement and loss
we dont know about the owners phone numbers for contact and further action , please gather thier office on a fixed date

We have also bought a flat at tremain and facing this issue everytime we go to enquire they say after 2 months and now the new date is August, but no work is being done :(. What about your emi’s?

I once visited tremain project in the middle of construction as my sister also bought a flat. Apart from the delay and lack of response from antony builders representative, what is more embarrassing was their quality of construction. Being a civil engineer, I was shocked to see such horrible way of constructions being carried on. It was really awkward and their site engineers were irresponsible when questions asked. It doesn’t worth the money you put in.
Be aware of such fraudulent developers and always ignore when any one announces freebies, fancy deals and free gifts for selling their flat. I am sorry for all who have bought a flat including my sister.
