I have ordered a Samsung galaxy S duos phone online on 16th March-2014. In spite of making many calls to Customer care, I have not received the product yet.

I am not able to login into account to cancel the order Online, as it is showing the password will be sent to your registered mail Id, but i never received the Password. Kindly help.

After awaiting for so many days, now i have purchased the mobile outside shop. So would like to cancel the order.

I will require the refund of my money which i have paid and also the damages for keeping me to wait for so long and for non delivering the item in time when i required the same urgently for a specific purpose.

  1. I ordered also from retailbunny.com but they didnt dispatch the order for 4 days so I cancelled it. Now it has been fifteen days since they haven’t credited the amount in my account so I am thinking of going to their office at B22, Somdutt Chamber-I, Bikaji Cama Place, New Delhi tomorrow for settlement or getting something of value greater than my order amount so as to motivate them to refund my amount. I have also registered a complaint on national redressal forum. Could someone tell me where can I report this website as a fraud/cheat and how to make a police complaint. collectively we can file a case against the company and get our refund as well as a compensation amount for the delay.
