I placed an Order on 5th March worth Rs 7100 for 2 Microsoft wireless mouse. It is written as 1 day shipping on the website. Till today there is no date when it will be shipped.

I have called them multiple times and raised many Support tickets but everytime they say 10-15 days.

Please suggest what needs to be done…should we raise a complaint on Consumer forum.
