I am an employee of Helios Bangalore Team. Even I have certain things to say. Helios does not pay salary in time. They pay this month on 5th next month on 15th next month on 10th like that.
Even they arrange parties in Bangalore with drinks. Kamal wadhva comes to bangalore accompanied by Chandni to review prformance and chandni speaks to the sales persons here about sales, we feel laughing as she doesnt know anything about real estate.
They dont release incentives in time.
They dont give brokerage in time.
Being an employee, I am saying all these because i expect better days in helios.
kamal wadhwa has money to arrange stay in leela palace, a posh hotel in bangalore but no money to give proper remuneration.
R u still working in helios or u left d job bcoz whatever u have written is totally untrue.We get salary on time n incentive also on time.And the employees are really satisfied here and we are carrying the same batch which started the operations in bangalore and we r really happy n we r growing day by day in strength and business…..

Kamal Wadhwa incentives ke naam pe chillar deta hai aur salary policies behad ghatiya hai yahan.
Dealer bhaiyon ke paise nahi deta. Unko apne office ke chakkar kata kata ke aur apne bewakoof staff mein ghuma ghuma ke pareshan karta rehta hai. Tab tak to bechara dealer ye bhi bhool jata hai ki uska slab kitna tha. Itne badiya sale to nahi karwata ye lekin khud ko top samjhta hai.
RAhi baat clients ki, unko bhi ye credit note cash nahi karata. Apne baare mein acchi acchi baatein khud hi chapwata hai apni IT team se. Dealer ko kehta hai ki ye deal hamari khud ki hai aur hamare paas to dealer ka naam nahi aa raha, clients ko bolta hai ki hamare paas to apki deal kisi dealer se aayi hai . isliye hum to commission dealer ko denge. Is tarah ye dono ko uljha ke rakhta hai.
Wo din door nahi jab saare log group bana ke iske office ke bahar tamaashaa karenge . Lekin ye bahut badtameez hai. Ye tab bhi kisi party mein drink kar raha hoga. Ek baat samajh mein nahi aati ki :
1) customer referrence band ho gaye hain iske liye.
2) dealer nahi banta koi naya aur purane nahi kaam karte iske liye.
3) jo leads ye fraud ki income se generate karata hai usko iski team convert nahi kar paati,
toh aise mein yeh business kahan se laata hai? roz kitne customers ko bewakoof banwata hai?
Aur suno, galati se iske paas 2-4 acche sales managers hai lekin wo bhi , ” frog in well”. unki maximum salary 35000 hogi aur incentive…uff…koi kama ke to dikha de………aur galati se kama le to iski pocket se nikal ke to dikha de…
to Subhash bhai, baat aisi hai ki SEO ki duty, complaints mein poori na kar. Janta ke saamne sach aane do.

Recent case……….Helios Developers has been completely ignoring its clients dealers and employees. Wadhwa and his gangs of girls are not picking calls of those whom they are liable to pay the commissions or discounts or hold salaries.
The biggest cheaters and ill mannered people we have ever seen. The illegal practice is still going on of salary holding and whats the use of having 800 sq.ft. of cabin area if KAMAL WADHWA is not sitting there? He better finds a space to hide for sometime else, he has to lock down his new office.
