Yesterday (24March2014)evening I have purchased club Mahendra membership having Main applicant Mrs.Anjali H.Dhore (I don’t have membership number since yesterday I have applied for it) I have paid Rs.26,200 by cash but I want to cancel it due personal & financial reason. Today I had conversations with sales representative regarding this but he is saying there is no refund policy but at the time of presentation before filling application he told that we can get full refund if we don’t want to continue it, then I call their Chennai(Tel : +91 (044) 3988- 1000) office to cancel my application since it is in initial stage they replied that local Relationship Mgr. will call you but till now no call is received from there end & mail also send to [email protected] for cancellation of my application. I know that they have refund policy within 10days if customer don’t want to continue & don’t want to go for any offer.
