100 Best buy.com – Amount paid not refunded

I got repeated calls saying that i been selected for lucky draw for purchase of Samsung S4 at Rs.9999 from 100 Best buy.com. They offered that even if I didnt get the prize the money paid would be credited to my online user account. Hence I paid the sum of Rs.9999. As expected, I did not get the prize but credits were displayed for Rs.10000. When I tried to adjust the credit against a purchase, the website informed that only a small portion of the credit would be adjusted against every purchase to be made. It was a fraud, as for using the credit of Rs.10,000 I was told to buy atleast around Rs.1,00,000. This was not informed earlier. After a month, the credit also disappeared and the site is missing now. I had not purchased any item from them so far. I want my money back now. I shall be very thankful, if the fraudster is fixed and refund of the money is possible. A. Sivagami
